Best market around! Plants, coffee, bread, delicious food, fabulous atmosphere and 100% hand crafted stuff and local small businesses!
Market has moved to across the street from City Park at A Snowball's Chance. Sundays 10-2
This is a cool farmers market open on Sundays, that is also dog friendly. The size is a little smaller than average, but it generally has a good number of vendors and also live music. On my last visit there was produce, micro-greens, cajun food, specialty pickles, doggie snacks, farm fresh eggs and much more. Also, parking is relatively easy. When you are in Buda, also be sure to take a walk down the Main Street area for restaurants and other shops.
Our lovely farmers market. Vendors are friendly and they have samples for pretty much anything. You are going to love our coffee roasters siblings, jelly guy and the rest. Also we have live music. Stop by for real food! Support our vendors. Get some healthy, homemade, small specs products.
new location not protected from weather like before however more homey feeling..prices seen to be really high now on home made goods ..I know I am supporting local producers but really high now
So it was my first time going there, and i hav3 to say, it is a must go to for anyone that lives in buda or traveling through it. It started off i wanted to buy just coffee, then coffee lead to home made tamales(which they were phenomenal to say) and then a dispensery. They had a variety of choices to chose from and the people were very friendly and informative on their items they had. To be out and about, i will say this, i highly recommend any and everyone to go there. Well worth your money to spend on authenticity.
Those are the coffee i bought there at the market. Very good authentic coffee.(the last one is a dry rub for food, which im gonna try tomorrow. )
This farmer’s market is a hidden gem. Has a great selection of popular vendors from Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and farms all over central texas. It doesn’t get too crowded, and I’ve found the selection isn’t quite as picked over. There’s also live music and plenty of seating at a park located next to it.
This is a nice little market! Not so much "farmers" although there are some produce options and occasionally local meat, but plenty of hand prepared foods for later consumption and handcrafted goods.
Small but absolutely packed with fantastic vendors. A lot of unique products like fermented garlic spread (which is amazing), vegan hummus with Gluten free chips(also amazing) and local meat products.
Don't forget to try the coffee soda, or some tamales!
Honestly love this. It's smaller than the ones you will find in Austin, but the people there are great. I just went back after a couple of years, and was excited to see some familiar and new faces. Plan on going back soon, and get some microgreens, mushrooms, and some pickled goods from Happy Gut. Dog friendly, but please be mindful of your pup so there isn't any fights.
Small farmers market with great parking. Great artisan booths. Today we shopped at Yapa Empanadas and Nada Mas nut butters. Both were friendly and great products.
